These shortbread cookies are sooo good by themselves! I’ve also used these as a base for a 7-layer bar, and they made the bars taste so much better than using graham cracker crumbs!
For those reviews with broken cookies, I don’t think it’s fair to leave a poor review until after you’ve tried giving the company a chance to fix it. I’ve received broken cookies before and I contacted customer service, they asked for pictures of the broken cookies and then they sent me new batches right away.

Not Possible

I'm a home baker so I know what great shortbread should taste like. I was completely shocked to discover a factory product so authentic and delicious that, had it been served in a fine dining restaurant, would have gotten a rave and a request for more. That good.

Got a bad batch this time Kelly Cookies all dried out very crumbly all broken up. What do I do?
