Kelley’s Kookies has been in the kitchen working hard to create delightful experiences for our customers since 1988.
Kelley is the name of our founder Marcella Onishi's daughter, and the company's first taste-tester.
All of our recipes came from either our founder Marcella or her mother, having been handed down from generation to generation.
Because of our special shortbread recipes and baking techniques, our shortbread cookies last about 6-8 weeks.
Our soft baked cookies last 3-5 days.
Our macarons last about 5-6 days in refrigeration.
Our Sugar Free Almond Shortbread and our Sugar Free Shortbread use Splenda instead of sugar. Because of their fragility, our sugar-free varieties are only available in-store or through local delivery.

We fully adhere to Federal and State health codes to minimize cross-contamination by thoroughly cleaning the contaminated equipment before the next use. However, there is still a potential for those who are allergic.
We scoop, cut, and dip our cookies by hand, so not all of the cookies will be the same size or have the same amount of chocolate on them. In order to ensure that the same amount goes into each package, we package them by weight as opposed to the quantity.
We bake cookies every single day. However, some cookies need to be refrigerated for a day before packaging. We pride ourselves in the quality of our cookies, so you’ll always receive the best!
Our most popular cookies are the Macadamia Chocolate Chip, Melting Moments, and the Chocolate-Dipped Macadamia Shortbread. All of our cookies are amazing though, and we’re sure you’ll find your favorite.
Orders before 12 p.m. PST will be processed within 1 business day; otherwise it will be processed the following day. Standard ground shipping can take up to 5 business days, meaning you should generally receive your order within 7 business days. See our Shipping Information page for more details.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is prepared. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated by the carrier. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. You can alsolog into your account to see your current order status.
We can wrap your order in one of our beautiful cookie gift boxes. Please select the dropdown menu that says "Please wrap the products in this order in a cookie gift box." on your cart page. We will place your desired cookies in the appropriate gift box. The minimum order is 2 packages to be placed in a cookie gift box.
Yes, we can include a personalized message to give your order a personal touch.

If you need to cancel your order, it must be done before the order has been shipped.

You can leave a deposit via company credit card to begin the ordering process, however we do require that our business customers pay in full before the order is finalized and shipped or delivered. Contact us for more specific details.

Standard shipping is handled by UPS and USPS. Once we give the carrier the package, we no longer control how the package is handled, nor can we control the delivery date. With local delivery, we control everything from how the cookies are packaged, transported, and delivered. We can also offer guaranteed delivery dates through local delivery.
The minimum cart total is $25 for local delivery. This does not include the delivery charge.
We can deliver within a 10 mile radius of either of our retail stores.
Yes, if you place your order before 12pm PST, your order can be delivered the same day. Any orders after 12pm PST will go out the following business day. See our Shipping Information page for more details.
Yes, as of right now, we are only doing contactless delivery. Your order will be left on a clean and safe surface before knocking. Our team member will step back at least 6 ft and wait for the order to be collected.
If the recipient is not there during delivery, the team member will leave the order in a safe and clean place. Other delivery options can be requested such as taking the order back to the store for pick-up. Please call or email us to make this request.

Yes, we are still working to serve you during these uncertain times. Our retail stores are open with limited operations. Check here for updated store hours. We are still shipping out orders with UPS, USPS, and local delivery.
Currently, we are offering standard shipping through UPS, contactless drop-off through local delivery, and in-store pick-up.
Yes, please call one of our retail stores to place your order or select Store Pick-Up at checkout. When you arrive at the store, give us a call to let us know you are outside. One of our team members will bring your order directly to your car.
All our team members are required to wear face masks to protect themselves and our customers. We recommend contactless or tap payments for the smoothest transaction. Most of the store is blocked off to customers. Our team members are assisting with grabbing the desired products from the shelf. We are sanitizing the entryway and all public surface in between customers.
